Collin Mulliner is an engineer and security researcher and spends most of his time working on embedded devices and customer electronics. In the past he focused on vulnerability analysis and offensive security but eventually switched sides and now focuses on securing products and services. Collin received a Ph.D. from the Technische Universitaet Berlin, and a M.S. and B.S. in computer science from UC Santa Barbara and FH-Darmstadt. He frequently talks at conferences and enjoys publishing papers and tools. Collin co-authored The Android Hacker's Handbook. He currently secures autonomous vehicles as a Principal Security Engineer at Cruise Automation.
