After heading up CRM departments for money center banks, and then starting his own strategic analytic company, Jordan decided that the system just is not working for us. So he worked with the Internet Archive to charter a Credit Union last year. Jordan has an MBA in Marketing/Information Systems from NYU. In addition to being a key note speaker in the US, Europe and Australia, he was the subject of a recent Wired article on credit unions, a contributing author to the “New Age of Financial Services Marketing”, and was an adjunct operations professor at NYU’s Graduate Business School.
