This seminar will cover an introduction to personal physical security methodologies and there application to an attacker. How to identify the body language of an attacker and remediate a hostile encounter. Participants will learn the basics of how to escape or evade being restrained or how to turn the tides on the attacker and maintain positive control. There is no level of experience needed to participate in the seminar just an open mind and willingness to learn simple functions of how the human body’s weakness can be used to your advantage. Participants are asked to wear their normal clothing and be prepared to perform drills of the techniques covered.
