You have the haxor skills- have hacked the gibson- and can launch nukes by whistling BUT you don’t work with people. You may have the best tech skills but if you can’t work in teams and communicate with others you won’t be going far.During this talk we will break down the basics of Soft Skills- what is means to work in teams and get along with others who might not have the same skill set as us. We will take a critical look at what we do on a day to day that sabotages our interpersonal relationships.
