I have a “unique” perspective of being old and having toured and participated in the 80’s and 90’s indie rock movement. Said indie rock movement was not the Nirvana revolution of 90’s that most people recognize, it was a bleeding edge, passionate community of really smart people who wanted to make a difference. Sound familiar? Cool, let me share my experiences in that weird world and allow me to connect the dots to our industry in an attempt to collectively learn from something odd and outside our echo chamber.
