David is a systems and security expert with more than 25 years of Executive, Departmental, Team Management, and hands-on experience in Fortune 50 organizations, small businesses, and startups. David is currently the CSO and a founding member of an undisclosed financial company opening in New York in early 2018. David also created infosecquote.com a portal connecting businesses with security providers. For the last 11 years, David was co-Founder, Architect, CTO, and CSO for ZZ Servers, LLC. ZZ Servers provides in-house multi-regional cloud solutions for businesses requiring PCI, HIPAA, SOX, and other compliance-based requirements. David spent seven years as a PCI QSA / PA-QSA performing PCI Level 1 validations in the roles of Lead Auditor, Penetration Tester, Code Reviewer, and Policy Reviewer working with companies such as Virgin Mobile, Williams Sonoma, Wells Fargo Bank, US Marine Corps Community Services, Kayak.com, and many others. In 1994, David was a founding partner in one of the first ISPs in South Carolina that developed from a partnership between two regional BBS's and he also founded the first Wireless ISP in the southeast, Air Internet.
